Class Information for Winter 2018: AMUSE BOUCHE FRENCH BISTRO, 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Sunday, January 21, at the Restaurant (8006)
Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic French meal. Th menu includes Corn chowder; Marinated pork tenderloin over French lentils and Éclair Cake. lease bring your cutting board, knives and wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours.
