learn to prepare marvelous Main Course Salads with Herbs, espcially for Easter and Passover meals. Simplify your meal planning for any season with satisfying one-dish salads infused with the flavors and fragrances of fresh herbs and the spices of the Southwest. Drawing on recipes from the award-winning book, The Garden of Eating, by Chef Rachel Albert, Irma Mendivil the healthy cooking coach will show you how you make three mouthwatering main-dish salads and a simple dessert and offer ideas for accompaniments. These dishes are Wheat free, gluten free and mostly dairy free.
