Meditation is a popular subject and a common practice among people of all ages, backgrounds, and religions. In the last ten-years significant research has proven that regular meditation is good for your spirit, soul and body. This four-week course is designed to help you reap the benefits of a regular, daily meditation practice. Each class will be part lecture, part discussion, but mostly practice and experiential. You will be introduced to a variety of simple, easy meditation methods including Guided Meditation and Mindfulness techniques. Finally, you will learn the steps to forming a successful meditation routine and how to overcome obstacles and distractions while meditating.
