Do you want to slim and trim your body, tone your muscles, lose weight and feel great? Is your current routine stale or are you looking for more of a challenge? Come join us for an hour of cardio endurance, resistance training, calisthenics, body weight and strength training. You will burn fat, build muscle and kick-start your metabolism with this class. We will be doing short cardio intervals mixed in with various resistance exercises using your own body weight, hand weights, bands plus an extra dose of ab work. Exercises will be customized for your level of fitness by demonstrating high or low impact so you can choose what works best for you. If you want a fresh workout and want to have fun doing it, come join the B-Fit Cardio Strength Class. Let’s use the body you have to create the body you want! You will need a good pair of running/walking sneakers, proper workout attire and your own mat only if you prefer. This class is for people who want to get fit or anyone who wants to take their workout to the next level. Please consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
